Gm bDAO fam. This is most likely going to be the last publication with the concept of guest passers being in place. The Transition Council has announced that the concept of guest passers will be phased out, marking a shift towards a more committed membership model. This decision aligns with the DAO's new direction, which emphasizes embracing community members who are willing to fully buy into the organization's vision and goals.
Furthermore, as the DAO currently consists of approximately 30 active members, the idea of a constitution has come under scrutiny. While a constitution remains crucial for guiding the course of large organizations, the DAO's relatively small size raises questions about the necessity of a constitutional review at this stage.
To ensure that all voices are heard and opinions are considered, community members are encouraged to join the weekly governance calls every Monday, 19:00 UTC. These calls provide a platform for members to discuss existing topics of interest and contribute to the decision-making process.
