No matter how decentralized or autonomous we make an organization, the success or failure of a DAO will always be predicated on its most valuable asset, its people. Designing for diverse discussion and maximum participation in governance is not a goal, but rather a requirement for a healthy DAO to function.
To make governance work smoothly, there is a need to have the right tooling in place. BC has been working with many governance tools providers and can assess and help DAOs to implement the right tooling.
Our primary aim is to keep the governance systems simple. Having too many tools can create unnecessary friction. We also will work with you to customize any and all tools to fit the culture and purpose of your DAO.
