What is this page?

This Kanban Board is the BanklessDAO's central project repository. Instead of fragmenting projects across different guild pages, any project that wants visibility must exist here.

How do I read this page?

• Stage
  • Ideation
  • Scoping - Narrowing scope, finding guild reps, identifying KPIs
  • In-Flight - Projects in flight with an expected completion date
  • Evergreen - Projects in perpetuity
  • Completed
• Themes
  • External - Is it for non-DAO members?
  • Internal - Is it for DAO members?
  • Revenue - Does it generate revenue?
• Guilds
• Champions - Individuals responsible for the execution of the project

What goes into a project?

• High-level summary
• Resources - All important documents, resources, and links should be nested here
• Squad - Listing of involved members and their responsibilities, including Champion and Guild Reps
• Meeting Notes - Linked table to Meeting Notes that has been filtered
