Below you’ll find a list of roles and suggested members to hold those roles for S3:

1. Bankless Hindi coordinator(jengajojo) 2500 BANK/month:

• Coordinate all activities in the Bankless Hindi node and ensure that all content being produced aligns with the bDAO mission and vision.
• Lead the node to ultimately become self-sufficient in terms of financing
• Assist with onboarding new contributors
• Propose governance upgrades and manage execution according to agreed norms

2. Marketing Lead(alphameta/seven) 1500 BANK + 1000 BANK bonus on achieveing 30% growth each month

• Lead all the digital marketing activities of the node and ensure that content is in sync with the IMN project and bDAO mission and vision
• Final responsible for posting on social media and youtube
• Curate marketing talent from within the community with the help of bounties

An additional 1000 BANK is allocated for paid marketing and reimbursed to whoever has paid for promotional activities

3. QA Lead and community co-lead 2500 BANK/month(ursa major)

• Ensure that all Hindi content produced by the node is easy to understand and has a high-quality output
• Assist the node coordinator in curating the community and onboarding contributors
• Lead the podcast project and ensure that the node produces at least 3 podcasts each month
• Co-lead the video project with the marketing lead and ensure that the node produces at least 3 videos each month

4. Sound Engineer and translator(studio07) 2500 BANK/month

• Co-deliver the podcast project with QA lead and ensure that the node produces at least 3 podcasts each month
• Lead the translation efforts of the node while ensuring high quality translations for podcast scripts, external translations and other relevant translation materials
• Lead sounds R&D efforts of the node to produce music/songs for BanklessHindi and other projects which the node may take up.

In case studio07 does not want to receive remuneration in BANK, jenga can take the BANK and send INR to his bank account.

Micro roles:

1. Notion manager(TBD) 1000 BANK/month

• Maintain the notion page for the node as well as any notes/action items from each meeting
• Add/edit documents, page format, and other details whenever necessary

1. Accountant(TBD) 1000 BANK/month

• Maintain a catalog of all incoming and outgoing payments including bounties and payroll
• Make sure payments happen according to predefined agreements

Terms: All roles on payroll are ineligible for Bankless Hindi bounties and coordinape rounds.
