We are planning on having this “Sharings Sessions” to share about how different IMNs have been working. The goal is to share tips, tools, positive, even negative experiences through this path as well as increase transparency and accountability towards bDAO.
This is not a competition, this is a “help others” environment to grow all together.
The proposal is to have this meeting towards the end of each month. Ideally two different slots so people from different timezones can present/share without needing to stay awake for long. In the end the whole thing can be recorded and uploaded on IMN YT.
The nodes that want to participate in the first edition can signal their interest with a green check box emoji to this proposal in discord. For the pilot version we’ll test the format of

5 min QnA
Each node decides if would like to participate; at the end of each session, the tips would be shared in the “Easy Tips to Start with social media” Notion Page to be shared with new nodes.
Structure of the presentation:
Intro: 2 mins
Presentation for each node: Around 5 minutes
QnA: 5 mins
Total max time for each event: 60 mins
