Before the Call

1. Set up POAP distributions:
   • ‣ ← Needs replacement using guild.xyz
   • ‣
   • POAPs are sourced from the Design Guild
2. Create CC slides
   1. Fork these slides
   • Slide order can be reshuffled depending on if it’s Guilds or Projects that want to give their update.
     • If the previous week was Guilds, then Projects. Vice versa
   • Announcement Slide:
   • Updates (Guild/Project)
3. Tag speakers in #call-info
4. Final tag 30-60 minutes before CC starts for unedited slides
5. Post links before community call in #cc-links
6. Verify recording of cc with A/V guild — @F.Anthony Shepherd

After the Call

1. Drop a link to the CC note with timestamps and Recording in #cc-links
2. Upload to YouTube
3. Distribute POAPs through guild.xyz
